Contradiction in terms

This makes me laugh.....

This was done over night on the wall of my local panel shop, which incidentally is where my housemate works.

I find it funny because the words say 'I don't care' (as you can see) however they evidently cared enough to create a stencil to say this.

Poses the question - did they mean to be a contradiction in terms?
