Joined the gym last night - finally did what DT has been asking me to do for months, not sure that his concept of it being a great stress reliever is quite true. I can assure you I wasn't thinking that way when I almost died - 6 times!!.
Needless to say I am extremely unfit, which I knew, however I am 8 kilo's heaver than I thought I was (which explains why the clothes are slightly tight - and I'm not even in hibernation mode yet!) which means I'm 10 kilos heaver than I should be - Yikes!!!

Allegedly the pain is good, it means you are actually achieving something...... good luck to that!
